A total of $15 billion was raised in 457 transactions through the first half of 2017. Of this amount, 7 transactions totaling $25 million have been announced but not yet closed as of 07/10/2017. Deal volume is down 2.8% (469 deals in H1 2016) but dollar volume decreased a massive 44% ($27B in H1 2016).
