Austin-area dealership provides research pages detailing 2018 Honda models

AUSTIN, Texas, July 26, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- An Austin-area Honda dealership is now offering information pages breaking down two new Honda models. The Howdy Honda website is home to pages outlining the 2018 Honda Accord and 2018 Honda Fit. Each of these cars has been updated for the new model year.

2018 Honda Accord models will feature two engine options for the new model year. Standard equipment includes a 1.5-liter, turbocharged, four-cylinder engine. This engine produces 192 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque. In addition to this engine, the Accord can be equipped with a 2.0-liter, turbocharged, four-cylinder power source that checks in at 252 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. Two transmission will be offered on the car, a continuously variable transmission (CVT), or a six-speed manual. The car will be offered in six trim levels: LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, EX-L Navi and Touring.

Under the hood of the 2018 Honda Fit is a 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine that produces 130 horsepower and 114 pound-feet of torque. The car is offered in four trim levels: LX, EX, Sport and EX-L. The Sport model is new for the 2018 model year. The hatchback body style allows the car to offer 16.6 cubic feet of storage space with the rear seats up, and 52.7 cubic feet with the seats folded down.
