Adrian Reyes, RPLS Joins Atwell

Consulting, engineering and construction services firm Atwell, LLC is pleased to welcome Adrian Reyes, RPLS to our team as Senior Project Manager, Oil & Gas. Based in San Antonio, his responsibilities include management of survey activities for Oil & Gas projects, client relations and oversight of project teams throughout Texas and the western United States.

Reyes brings more than 18 years of experience in surveying and project management in civil and land development, topographic surveying, route surveying, and oil and gas pipeline surveying. His areas of expertise include planning, routing, construction and as-built surveying services. As the Lead Surveyor on many projects throughout Texas, Reyes has been instrumental in the development of major pipeline projects as well as highway expansions, and electric distribution projects.

Reyes graduated from Texas A&M University with his Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Science with an emphasis in Geomatics. He is a registered professional land surveyor in Texas and New Mexico and an active member in the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors. Reyes is TxDOT pre-certified in survey, parcel plats, legal descriptions, right of way maps, design and construction survey, and horizontal and vertical control for aerial mapping, along with safe land USA certified and TWIC certified. He is a veteran of the United States Army and the Texas Army National Guard, where he was a Team Leader and a graduate of the Non-Commissioned Officer’s Academy, Airborne School, and Ranger School.
