Target Logistics Expands Pecos Lodge, Permian Basin Capacity
Target Logistics Management, LLC ("Target Logistics"), a global leader in remote accommodations and the largest provider of turnkey workforce housing in the U.S., announced today a 251-bed expansion to its Pecos Lodge in West Texas. The additional private rooms will bring the lodge’s total capacity to 786. The expansion is slated to be completed in March of this year.

Target Logistics also announced that guests at the Pecos Lodge will enjoy a new, 3,600-square-foot, restaurant-style dining facility called “The Frac Shack TM,” which will offer made-to-order, grill-style food items, including wood-fired pizzas, burgers, bratwursts, hand-cut french fries, buffalo wings and an extensive salad bar. Additionally, the numerous big-screen televisions throughout will provide guests with a great place to unwind and watch sports.

The company has continued to increase capacity in the Permian Basin with previous expansions of the Pecos Lodge in 2016 and 2017. With the additional rooms being added to the lodge in March, Target Logistics will own and/or operate eight properties in the Permian Basin with more than 3,250 total beds across the region.
