AUSTIN, Texas, March 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Liveoak Technologies, a leading platform for digital customer engagement, announced the addition of Mike Alderson, further rounding out its team of fintech software veterans and industry experts.
Alderson's hire comes at a very opportune time. The rapid advance of collaboration technology is enabling enterprises and their remote customers to engage and transact with one another face-to-face through a digital platform. Alderson is based in the company's Austin, TX headquarters and will be responsible for accelerating adoption for Liveoak's digital customer engagement platform for financial institutions and other industry verticals.
