Fourth Phase of Water Discovered by Dr. Gerald Pollack

GRANTS PASS, Ore., June 29, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Dr. Gerald Pollack, Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington and the founding editor-in-chief of the journal, WATER, returned as Sharon Kleyne's guest on her nationally syndicated talk radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Water Life Science®/Nature's Pharma®, The Power of Water® & Your Health sponsored by Nature's Tears® EyeMist® on VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio.

Pollack first made waves in international water research with his 1990 book, Muscles and Molecules: Uncovering the Principles of Biological Motion, which won an Excellence award from the Society for Technical Communication, and his 2001 book, Cells, Gels and the Engines of Life. Kleyne has long supported Pollack's research and teaching, yet she is especially excited about his recent discovery and new book: The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid and Vapor, winner of the World Summit Excellence Award. Kleyne believes this to be one of the most significant discoveries to be made in water research in several decades. Why? Because the 4th phase of water is the water that powers our human batteries.

"The water that fills your body is not the regular H2O," says Pollack. 4th phase water is negatively charged, Pollack explains, and is slightly thicker than regular water. 4th phase water must be converted from the water we drink, and the energy that drives the conversion is infrared light. "Imagine the first step of photosynthesis," Pollack suggests. "That first step is accepting the light. We get our energy from light and the water it converts, not just from food."

Kleyne points out that this 4th phase water and its conversion from infrared light is also at the heart of her own decades-long research into the Power of Water®, her creation of skin and eye care products such as Nature's Mist® Face of the Water® and Nature's Tears® EyeMist®, and a healthier new lifestyle, Water Life Science®.

Pollack notes that Kleyne's research in the evaporation of Earth's atmosphere and body water evaporation has inspired new water researchers to focus energy on water and its essential primacy in the ongoing fight against disease and illness. For example, because of Kleyne's efforts, NASA is now studying water evaporation.
Kleyne notes with satisfaction that Pollack has begun to receive the recognition he deserves. He is a Founding Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering and a Fellow of the American Heart Association and the Biomedical Engineering Society. Pollack has presented two TEDx talks about water, and in 2015 won the Brandlaureate Award, joining previous recipients such as Nelson Mandela, Hillary Clinton and Steve Jobs. In 2016, he was awarded the first Emoto Peace Prize. Pollack appears briefly in the 2016 Travis Rice sports-action film, The Fourth Phase, named after his book.

Date aired: June 25th, 2018
