Perspecta to Provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Support to the United States Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities Program

CHANTILLY, Va., Aug. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Perspecta Inc. (NYSE: PRSP), a leading U.S. government services provider, announced today that its subsidiary Vencore, Inc. has been awarded a systems engineering and technical assistance task order to support the U.S. Army's Product Director, Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (PD TENCAP) office. The five-year task order has a one-year base plus four option years, and a ceiling value of $40 million. Work will be performed in Fort Belvoir, Va.

A part of Program Executive Office - Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (PEO IEW&S), PD TENCAP is charged with achieving the Army's vision of seamlessly integrating into the Intelligence Community, in an effort to outpace the threat and win in a multi-domain, complex environment.
