SkillPath Appoints Industry Veteran as Vice President of Training Operations
MISSION, Kan, Aug. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- SkillPath has selected Michele Markey as its new Vice President of Training Operations. A 25-year veteran of the learning and development industry, Markey has worked as an independent trainer and on talent development teams at major corporations. At SkillPath, she manages the daily operations and logistics of the training department and leads a team of hundreds of trainers who provide high-quality training focused on leadership, teamwork, productivity, communication and compliance.

Prior to joining SkillPath, Markey was the Vice President of Kauffman Fasttrac, which provides business training for aspiring entrepreneurs. She has authored several articles and delivered presentations and training on learning and development, change management, strategic planning, continuous process improvement/process redesign, Kaizen and leadership.
Markey is recognized as a thought leader in the areas of female entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship as a second career. She also is the author of SheVENTURE: Success Strategies for Female Entrepreneurs.
