SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Permian Capital Management, the San Francisco-based digital asset manager, announces the addition of financial industry executive, Josh Kernan, as Global Head of Distribution.

Josh joins Permian Capital Management with over 24 years of experience managing alternative investment products and investment platforms. He started his career at Charles Schwab & Co. where he founded the Alternative Investment Department and worked as the Director of Alternative Investments for over 15 years. In 2010, he left Schwab to found the hedge fund manager Simple Alternatives. Most recently, Josh was Senior Vice President for the Swiss-based private markets firm Partners Group.
