Puma Capital, LLC Launching the pumaSET℠ Platform for U.S. Exchange-listed Companies Seeking to Access the Equity Capital Markets

Puma Capital, LLC (“Puma Capital”), a FINRA, SIPC member broker-dealer, announces the launch of its pumaSET℠ platform. With pumaSET℠, Puma Capital can provide a client centric transaction experience using Service, Execution, and Technology. The pumaSET℠ platform provides Puma Capital’s U.S. exchange-listed clients with a new trading experience – for either share repurchases or issuances – that includes a web-based information dashboard containing real-time market data and transaction statistics. Puma Capital can also provide a centralized order routing process.

In conjunction with the launch of pumaSET℠, Puma Capital is also announcing the appointment of Charles Hill as Head of Corporate Equity Solutions. Mr. Hill will focus on serving the equity trading needs of U.S. exchange-listed companies and partnerships. Over his 20-year career, Mr. Hill has worked in numerous investment banking and finance roles, including equity capital markets positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas. Mr. Hill will report to Puma Capital co-founder and Partner, Marc Gross.
