The Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS) is pleased to announce Toyota Motor North America has joined the organization’s Board of Directors.

Toyota’s continuous improvement philosophy drives its investment of $1.0M per hour on research and development for advancements in all areas of engineering and safety. Toyota and its subsidiaries globally produce more than 10 million vehicles per year. “With 10 manufacturing facilities, over 1200 dealerships and 137,000 Toyota and dealership personnel working across the U.S., Toyota looks forward to collaborating with NETS to help further that commitment to safety for its customers and society as a whole,” said Dave Depew, General Manager of Fleet Sales at Toyota Motor North America.

“The Board of Directors welcomes Toyota, in particular their Board representatives Tom DeLuise and Dave Depew, to NETS,” said Brian Sambirsky, NETS Board Chair and GM Land Logistics Safety, Shell. “Toyota is a global brand that is passionate about improving road safety for drivers and other road users.
