Toyoda Gosei to Change Form of Chinese Regional Headquarters in Moving Toward Group Reorganization in China

Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. plans to change the corporate form of Toyoda Gosei (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., its regional headquarters in China, from a management company to a holding company, with the aims of speeding up management decisions and promoting efficient business operations within the region to grow the company’s business in the Chinese market.

Together with this change, the company name will be changed to Toyoda Gosei (China) Investment Co., Ltd. The planned timing for the change in corporate form and company name is December 2018.

Toyoda Gosei will consider the transfer of its shares in its main production subsidiaries in China to this regional headquarters.
