Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Elias has attained extensive experience in the areas of Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility, Gynecological Surgery, Infertility procedures (in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intrauterine insemination (IUI)), Laparoscopic Surgical treatment of Endometriosis, Fibroid Surgery, Cryopreservation, and more. Dr. Elias is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine at the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine.

Fluent in French and Arabic and proficient in Spanish, throughout the course of his education and training, Dr. Elias earned his Medical Degree from the American University of Beirut in 2002. Thereafter, Dr. Elias went on to complete his residency at George Washington University in 2007. He would then go on to complete a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at GWU in 2008, and a second fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Weill Cornell Medical Center 2008-2011.

Dr. Elias is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. In an effort to further enhance his professional development, Dr. Elias has become an esteemed member of several elite organizations including the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Society of Reproductive Medicine ( SRS) and American College of OBGYN (ACOG). Currently, he is serving as Practice Committee member of the Society of Reproductive Surgeons, and ASRM representative to the Council on Patient Safety in Women's Health Care.

In recognition of his professional accolades, Dr. Elias is the recipient of the BERLEX Award for his significant contribution to medical education and the GWU Resident Award for consistent excellence during residency. In addition, Dr. Elias is the winner of the 2018 New York Top Doctor Award.
