Ashley Harper Joins Atwell

Consulting, engineering and construction services firm Atwell is pleased to welcome Ashley Harper as Project Manager. Based in Atwell’s Lawrenceville, Georgia office, Harper is responsible for managing land surveys of residential and commercial sites, residential builder services, and infrastructure, industrial, utility and other construction projects.

Harper brings more than 19 years of experience to the company. His areas of expertise include construction layout, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and as-built surveys. As an experienced project manager, his duties include interfacing with engineers, developers and contractors to ensure quality of projects, providing consulting services to clients regarding land survey projects and problem resolutions, performing office management, proposals and billing, and managing survey crews.

Harper earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying and Mapping from Southern Polytechnic State University based in Marietta, Georgia. He is a registered Land Surveyor in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. Prior to joining Atwell, Harper spent nearly three years at Plant Vogtle Nuclear Construction site working for Georgia Power and Southern Nuclear.
