First Command is a Proud Sponsor of the Naval Academy Athletic Association

First Command Financial Services, Inc., is proud to team up with the Naval Academy Athletic Association again this football season as part of a long-term sports sponsorship agreement benefitting the midshipmen at the U.S. Naval Academy.

First Command is sponsoring the Nov. 17 game between the Navy Midshipmen and the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. And in recognition of the commissioning of the USS Sioux City, our Nation’s newest Freedom Class Littoral Combat Ship (LCS-11), First Command will recognize the crew as the Military Family of the Game.

This sponsorship is part of a larger program in which First Command supports the football, basketball and lacrosse teams and serves as the presenting sponsor for the annual Athletic Leadership Dinner and Sport Spotlight Event.

“First Command is honored to partner with the Naval Academy Athletic Association as a proud sponsor of the athletic program at the U.S. Naval Academy,” said Scott Spiker, chairman/CEO of First Command and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (class of 1977). “We see this agreement as a clear demonstration of our support of the Navy and the Naval Academy and another example of our continuing commitment to programs that matter to service members. We are committed to enriching the lives of the men and women of America’s career military at all stages of their careers.”
