Tim brings 25 years of senior-level operations, plant management and process improvement experience within the manufacturing industry. Prior to his corporate experience he spent three years with the US Army as a Lieutenant-Field Artillery. Tim will be responsible for executive recruiting engagements that include executive search, custom talent acquisition projects, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, process mapping and succession planning.
Tim has held senior operations positions with top-notch companies such as: Sea Ray, Masterbrand Cabinets and Ingersoll Rand. He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Industrial Engineering and received his MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. Additionally, Tim is APICS CPIM, OSHA and LEAN certified and is a 6 Sigma Champion, Green Belt.
Stephanie comes to FPC with an extensive background in training, program/curriculum development, administration, education and charity fund raising. She graduated from Ithaca College with dual degrees in Music Performance and Education and received her master's degree in School Administration from Columbia International University. Stephanie will focus on recruiting top talent in supply chain management.
