DynCorp International Re-Awarded Worldwide Contractor Logistics Support Contract

On October 11, the Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO) and U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC)-Redstone named DynCorp International (DI) a Large Company awardee on the Worldwide Contractor Logistics Support (WLSS-C) ID/IQ contract. The suite of multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts has a $25.5 billion ceiling acquisition with a 5-year base and one 5-year option. This contract was originally awarded April 4, 2018 but was pulled back due to protest and re-awarded.

“We are very pleased that the Army again displayed confidence in DynCorp International by including us in this award,” said Joe Ford, DynAviation president. “With this award, we look forward to supporting critical missions globally while delivering essential customer requirements.”

Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services include aircraft sustainment engineering, supply support, maintenance planning and management; furnishing or maintaining support equipment; aircraft modifications; manpower and personnel; facilities and infrastructure; packaging, handling, storage and transportation in support of the U.S. Department of Defense, Office of the Secretary of Defense, U.S. allies and Foreign Military Sales customers worldwide.

“This award allows us the opportunity to continue providing, for the next decade, the exceptional CLS support that the U.S. Army Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (formerly Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft Program Office) and their customers worldwide have come to expect from DI,” said Scott Harvey, DI Business Development capture manager.
