MCR Federal Wins a DHS BPA with a Shared Estimated Value of $48 Million

MCR Federal, LLC (MCR), a premier provider of Integrated Program Management services, has been awarded the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Headquarters Cost Analysis Division (CAD), Specialized Cost Services BPA with a shared ceiling value of $48 million. Through the BPA, MCR will provide expert cost estimation and analysis services across the entire DHS. MCR was one of three awardees on the BPA and is joined by its teammates LogApps, Galorath, Reed Integration, and Guidehouse. The BPA has a five-year ordering period.

“This award allows us bring our core cost estimating capability directly to DHS components and the Cost Analysis Division,” notes Bill Parker, MCR CEO. MCR will play an integral role in supporting the DHS CAD in its goals to increase cost estimating accuracy while decreasing the time required to develop acquisition program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE).
