FARMINGTON, Conn., Dec. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- For HPLC/UHPLC users tired of cutting tubing to find the perfect split ratio, Mott has introduced the PerfectPeak® Flow Splitter. This light-weight, easy to install splitter is ideal for LC/MS scientists looking to eliminate wasted time spent manually cutting tubing for post-column splits or replacing poorly designed splitters that cause excessive dispersion.
Designed with finger-tight connections, ultra-low dwell volume (5 µL), and color-coded fittings for quick change-out of different split ratio cartridges, PerfectPeak® Flow Splitters will have you spending more time on analysis while producing better peak resolution. These splitters are available in common split ratios below 10:1 and provide split accuracy of 10% or better. Replacement pre-filters and split ratio cartridges are available meaning you don't have to replace the full flow splitter assembly after extended hours of use.
This splitter is design to maintain a backpressure of 675 psi. This design minimizes the effects of downstream tubing variances in your setup, ensuring a more accurate flow ratio. It is also rated to 15,000 psi and has the lowest dwell volume at 5-10 µL.
