Tim DeGraff Joins RES as Western Region General Manager

RES, the nation’s largest environmental solutions provider, announced that Tim DeGraff joined the company as Western Region General Manager. Tim is the former Chief Executive Officer of WRA, Inc., a biological consulting firm headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area.

“Tim is a great addition to the RES team and will contribute to our expansion into the Western United States. He brings a wealth of experience and business acumen particularly suited for the complicated and rapidly evolving California market,” said Darrell Whitley, Chief Operating Officer, RES.

Tim DeGraff is a Certified Professional Wetland Scientist with approximately 20 years of experience in wetland science, natural resource regulations, wetland mitigation, and species offsets. He started his career in New Jersey as a field biologist and helped design and manage one of the first consolidated wetland mitigation sites in the State.

For the last 17 years, Tim has resided in California and has dedicated his career to designing, permitting, and managing large-scale restoration and mitigation projects. After attending graduate school at the University of San Francisco, where he studied Environmental Management with emphasis in wetland ecology and business administration, Tim utilized his skills to diversify his former company’s business lines and improve operations.

“Having spent most of my career working in California, I am excited to join RES as it continues to grow and serve such an economically and environmentally important region of our country. As an industry leader for over a decade, I am honored to join RES at this pivotal time as it expands operations across the United States,” said Tim DeGraff, Western Region General Manager for RES. “Providing timely, reliable, and sustainable services and solutions to our clients is my central focus as RES supports responsible economic development and ecological restoration."
