Modsy Hires Former Stitch Fix Leader Meredith Dunn as First Chief Operating Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Modsy, an online interior design service that delivers highly realistic designs of exact 3D rooms filled with shoppable pieces of furniture, today announced that retail and e-commerce veteran Meredith Dunn has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Dunn joins Modsy after spending 5 years at Stitch Fix, most recently as their Vice President of Styling and Client Experience, where she grew the company's expansive network of expert stylists and customer service professionals from 100 to 4500+ across the U.S. and internationally. At Modsy, Dunn will be responsible for scaling Modsy's Style Network, expanding operational capacity, and leading service and merchandising teams to continue improving upon the unique Modsy customer experience.

Dunn brings more than 12 years of operational experience to Modsy. Prior to joining Stitch Fix, she was the Senior Director of Customer and Stylist Delight at Stella & Dot where she oversaw global customer and stylist support operations. Dunn also served as a Director at Walmart.com where she was responsible for the item data collection, categorization, and content operations that fueled the online customer shopping experience. Dunn holds a B.S. in Management from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
