U.S. DoD ISSUES RULING ON FMS INDIRECTS – REDEFINES “OFFSETS”
The U.S. Department of Defence (DoD) has issued a final ruling on the permissibility of indirect offsets within Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts. Costs associated with indirect offsets will not be deemed “unreasonable.”
