ID.me Bolsters Executive Team After Year of Product Launches, Growth

MCLEAN, Va., Feb. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ID.me, the next generation digital identity platform, today announced the expansion of its executive team with four new appointments: Ned Struzziero as Vice President of Public Sector, Wade Callison as Vice President of Financial Services & Healthcare, Brian Piccioni as Vice President of Finance, and Melissa Blanken as Vice President of Marketing & eCommerce. Pradheep Sampath has also stepped up as ID.me's Chief Product Officer after serving a successful year as Vice President of Product.

ID.me recently surpassed 10 million users on its platform, doubling its user count in just over a year. Since hitting the 5 million user milestone in December 2017, ID.me added significant new capabilities to its platform including Virtual In-Person proofing, employment verification, and Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification. The company also began authenticating healthcare providers in compliance with the DEA's requirements for Electronic Prescription for Controlled Substances (EPCS) in order to combat the opioid crisis. Last August, ID.me earned accreditation against the new NIST 800-63-3 identity standards at Identity Assurance Level 2 and Authenticator Assurance Level 2 level -- the most rigorous set of federal controls established to bind an individual's legal identity to a digital login.

Ned Struzziero joins ID.me as the Vice President of Public Sector. In this role, Struzziero drives public sector growth developing the market strategies and pipeline for this vertical. Previously, Struzziero served as Vice President of Business Development and Capture at Kforce Government Solutions (KGS), an IT Services firm with a strong footprint in the federal health space. At KGS, Ned led the Federal Health team and secured over $200M for the organization.

As ID.me's Vice President of Healthcare & Financial Services, Wade Callison is responsible for leading the effort to grow the healthcare and financial services verticals. Prior to joining ID.me, Callison was the VP, Banking and Securities for Intralinks, the leading virtual data room provider to regulated businesses where he led go-to-market strategy and sales. During his 10 year career at Intralinks, Callison was awarded two technology patents related to security products.

Brian Piccioni joins ID.me as Vice President of Finance to lead the finance team and to shape the company's financial strategy. He previously served as a turnaround CFO at ServInt and Mindseeker. Brian's most notable accomplishments include a strong track record of success in revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and organizational design.

Melissa Blanken brings two decades of marketing experience to ID.me in her role as Vice President of Marketing & eCommerce. Blanken is a B2C and B2B marketing executive with experience building a wide breadth of programs, successfully growing revenue and profitability, and driving sales. Prior to ID.me, she held various marketing roles for Constellation Energy, Clearwire, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and Nextel.
