Pariveda Solutions Elects Patti Johnson to Board of Directors
DALLAS, Feb. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Pariveda Solutions has elected Patti Johnson to serve on the board of directors. Johnson currently serves as the CEO of PeopleResults. She is also the author of the bestseller Make Waves: Be the One to Start Change at Work and in Life.
As the founding CEO of PeopleResults, a people and change consulting group, Johnson and her team lead client projects in areas such as people strategy development, multi-year change programs due to new technology or business transformations, innovative learning development and communications programs to name a few.
Previously, Patti was a Senior Executive at Accenture, leading the development of the firm's first global talent management program. In this role, she was the global leader of people and talent programs and was the people leader for Accenture Technology. She was also actively involved in business development and led the people component of numerous client projects for new business lines.
Patti is Adjunct Faculty for SMU Cox School of Business Executive Education and for the Bush Institute Women's Initiative, a selective program that includes women from around the world. She is also a guest contributor to the TCU MBA Leadership program.
