Mi9 Retail Names Karina DuQuesne as Senior Vice President of Administration and General Counsel
MIAMI, Feb. 27, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Mi9 Retail, a leading provider of omni-channel retail solutions, today announced the appointment of Karina DuQuesne as Senior Vice President of Administration and General Counsel. In addition to representing the company in legal matters, Karina will oversee Human Resources and Facilities Management.
Prior to joining Mi9 Retail, Karina worked as an attorney at DLA Piper LLP where she focused on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters across several industries. Prior to that, Karina worked as a corporate and real estate attorney for Arnstein & Lehr LLP. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Securities Division's Pension, Endowment, & Foundation Group.
Karina earned a Juris Doctor and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Benjamin N. Cardozo School in New York City as an E. Nathaniel Gates Scholar and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is actively engaged in various professional and non-profit organizations including the American Bar Association, Wharton Club of South Florida, Lawyers for Children America, and The Cuba Study Group, where she serves as an Executive Board Member.
