        9:30 a.m.            The Prime Minister will tour the Canadian Space
                              Agency, and make an important announcement. A media
                              availability will follow. Minister of Innovation,
                              Science and Economic Development Navdeep Bains,
                              Minister of Transport Marc Garneau, and Minister of
                              Science and Sport Kirsty Duncan will be in
