Modernizing Medicine Expands Its Footprint At Boca Raton Innovation Campus

BOCA RATON, Fla., March 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC) has announced the completion of an expansion for health information technology leader Modernizing Medicine's new headquarters on campus - tripling its space from its original 51,000 to almost 160,000 square feet.

"Because of BRIC's size at 1.7 million square feet, we have the ability to offer scalability and expansion opportunities not possible in your typical office building," said Danielle Vennett, General Manager of BRIC and Vice President at Crocker Partners. "We are pleased to afford Modernizing Medicine the opportunity to create a modern headquarters within a progressive office building that will match their growth strategy."

Modernizing Medicine had outgrown its initial space on campus - which was once considered a satellite office - and now occupies the second and third floors of the 4850 BRIC building. This expansion allows the company to continue to grow its national headquarters, making it one of the largest tenants in the Boca Raton office market.

"Modernizing Medicine seeks to attract and retain the best and brightest talent in South Florida and beyond, and a key component to keeping employees happy is a quality work environment," said Dan Cane, CEO and co-founder of Modernizing Medicine. "Since relocating to BRIC, our team has shared how much they enjoy the beautiful campus and amenities. We see the space as an asset as we continue to grow."

Since Crocker Partners acquired BRIC in April, it has been their focus to develop best-in-class amenities. The campus currently provides an on-site gym, conference center and day care as well as bi-monthly farmer's markets for the almost 4,000 employees currently on campus. Future expansion goals include a STEAM lab, food hall and coworking space.

While its headquarters are in Boca Raton, Modernizing Medicine has offices in Roseville, Calif. and Santiago, Chile.
