Central Platform Services Introduce The Avant 800 Series And Leguan 135 Neo To Their Range

Avant 800 Series

The completely new 800 Series Avant loader is the largest and most powerful in the range. It offers an impressive 1900kg lift capacity and a 3.5m lift height. With dimensions of 1.5m x 3.4m x 2.2m (w x l x h) and a weight starting from around 2500 kg, the 800 series a very versatile and powerful compact loader. The 800 Series Avant also features an articulated design for improved manoeuvrability.

Two models are available within the Avant 800 Series. The Avant 860i features a Kohler KDI 1903 TCR 42 kW/57 hp common rail turbocharged diesel engine and the Avant 850 features a Kubota V2403 36 kW/49 hp diesel engine, destined for markets outside the scope of EU.

The comprehensive Avant attachment range of over 200 attachments is also available for the 800 Series. This makes the 800 a very versatile and useful machine across many different sectors including; agriculture, construc-tion, landscaping, property maintenance, and many more.

The Avant 800 Series will be officially introduced at the Bauma 2019 Exhibition in Munich, Germany by Avant Tecno between the 8th and 14th April 2019. Projected production start is in the fall 2019.

Leguan 135 Neo

The Leguan 135 Neo is Leguan's most user-friendly platform to date. All key operations are made with a single joy-stick, allowing multiple boom operations to be made simultaneously. The platform is equipped with both automat-ic, and manual levelling. Automatic levelling is made simple with a single push of a button and operates seamlessly on sloped surfaces too.

The 135 Neo is powered by a Honda GX390 petrol engine which comes equipped with automatic revolution con-trol. It features a maximum working height of 13.5m and boasts excellent outreach (140 kg/ 7.5 m, 250 kg/7.0 m) thanks to an intelligent boom design. The machine can be equipped with either 4WD or rubber tracks, making it suitable for different terrains. A 230V or 110V electric motor is also available as an additional option.

With growing interest toward greener machines (especially within the European market), the Leguan 135 Neo will be made available with battery operation at some point during 2019.
