COPC Opens Medical Practice at Friendship Village of Dublin

DUBLIN, Ohio, April 1, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Friendship Village of Dublin, a premier non-profit retirement community offering Lifecare services, is slated to become the first of its kind in Central Ohio with a full-time, private medical practice on-site operated by Central Ohio Primary Care (COPC). The practice, named COPC at Friendship Village of Dublin, will begin delivering care to patients on April 1, 2019.

The practice will provide general primary care services, such as health and wellness programming, disease prevention, physicals, screenings, vaccinations, counseling, and the diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and injuries. As part of the COPC network, the practice will extend access to specialists and other referral programming to ensure all health needs are addressed.

The practice will offer COPC's Senior Care Advantage program, which allows the flexibility to choose a health plan from one of four participating insurance companies while maintaining access to innovative care, wellness and health education services, and care coordination resources.
