New Release of Unanet Cloud ERP Software Delivers Market-Leading Functionality for Purchasing & Subcontractor Management, and Enhanced User Experience

Unanet 11 is another example of listening to customers' needs and driving their needs into the product. Highlights of Unanet 11 include flexible but robust purchasing capabilities designed for the specific needs of professional services organizations and a new user interface.

Unanet 11 is available now for On Premise Customers and all cloud customers will be migrated on May 11, 2019.

The purchasing capabilities, conceived with extensive input from customers and partners, covers the entire purchasing lifecycle from requisition, approvals, to purchase order management with two-way and three-way matching, project commitments, and vendor invoicing.

Other new exciting functionality in 11.0 are increased extensibility with additional user defined fields, improved reporting, expanded expense report capabilities, customer invoice formatting improvements.

The new user interface incorporates the following design principles:

    --  Improved text size and line spacing to increase usability and
    --  Cleaner appearance with simplified color scheme to allow user to focus
        on content rather than GUI
    --  Addition of white space (margins, padding) to guide users toward
        relevant content
    --  New, 'flat' and larger icons that better convey meaning and are easier
        to click
