        9:30 a.m.             The Prime Minister will make an announcement
                               about the future of the Canadian Coast Guard,
                               and will hold a media availability. Minister
                               of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast
                               Guard Jonathan Wilkinson, Minister of
                               National Defence Harjit Sajjan, President of
                               the Treasury Board and Minister of Digital
                               Government Joyce Murray, Minister of Public
                               Services and Procurement and Accessibility
                               Carla Qualtrough, and Commissioner of the
                               Canadian Coast Guard Jeffery Hutchinson, will
