SOUTH KOREA: DAPA’S OFFSET RULES FACE FURTHER “RESET”
South Korea is planning another offset “reset.” The update will change multipliers and pre-banking conditions, and affect parts manufacturing and export promotion. The government is also preparing the legal framework for offset swaps between South Korea and other countries.
