OMNNI Associates Acquired by Westwood Professional Services

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. (Westwood), a leading national multi-disciplined surveying and engineering firm, announced today that it completed the acquisition of Appleton, WI-based engineering and architecture firm OMNNI Associates (OMNNI) on June 28, 2019.

OMNNI was founded in 1968 and provides civil engineering, architectural, and environmental solutions for public infrastructure projects. Led by president/CEO Phil Ramlet, PE, the firm is widely regarded for high quality work on bridges, airports, and highways across Wisconsin.
