Corvus Insurance Announces Hires of Hedberg and Stantzos; Opens Chicago Office

The company also announces the launch of its sixth office location in Chicago, to be led by Ms. Stantzos. The hires are a continuation of the company's rapid staff growth and geographic expansion in 2019, with offices now covering all major regions of the United States.
Peter Hedberg joins Corvus from NAS Insurance Services, where he was Vice President, East Coast Technology and Privacy Underwriting Manager. Peter has been underwriting Cyber and Technology E&O for six years, at both NAS and Hiscox. Prior to his underwriting roles, Peter worked at Hays Companies for ten years, serving in a variety of roles at the brokerage. Peter will lead Cyber underwriting at Corvus's New York City location, working with brokers across the northeastern U.S.
Amanda Stantzos also joins Corvus from NAS Insurance Services, where she was Assistant Vice President of Underwriting, specializing in Cyber Liability and Technology E&O. Amanda will lead the establishment of a new Corvus office location in Chicago. In launching the office, Amanda is joined by Leslie Perkins, Territory Manager for the Midwest, who joined Corvus in April. The team will work with brokers across the midwestern U.S.
The announcements come shortly after Corvus announced offices in Atlanta and Dallas. The company now has locations in Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Dallas, in addition to its headquarters in Boston.
