SOS Security Acquires Delaware-based Global Protection Management LLC
PARSIPPANY, N.J., July 31, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- SOS Security LLC, the nation's fourth largest provider of security personnel, has acquired Global Protection Management LLC of Delaware.
Headquartered in Wilmington, DE, Global Protection's team of security officers provides security services for commercial real estate, financial institutions, homeowner associations, museums and educational institutions, and wholesale organizations. The company, founded in 2010, has operations in New York; Washington, DC; Maryland; Nevada; Arizona; and California.
