iXerv launches an affordable "total" solution based around the SAP SuccessFactors HR & Payroll Suite
LAS VEGAS, Sept. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- iXerv the global HR & Payroll professional services company, today announced the launch of Punch(TM), its packaged solution based around the market leading SAP SuccessFactors(TM) suite.
The company, which has built its reputation on expert consultancy and support of the Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules, has designed a Software as a Service package that includes a number of extensions that enhance the core set-up. This creates a single solution that can bring a globally dispersed workforce together on one centrally managed platform, without becoming cost prohibitive.
The solution combines Core HR, Onboarding, Collaboration and any one of the other SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules. Further, it incorporates direct and single sign on access to SAP on premise payroll, Employee Central Payroll, and iXerv's own cloud native Punch Payroll designed for the smaller longtail satellites or remote geographies. This is implemented and deployed via streamlined best practice processes developed using iXerv's extensive experience.
As well as significantly reducing implementation costs and time to value, iXerv spreads the total investment in the solution across a unique "pay as you go" consumption model, which will expand the market appeal.
Chris Els, Head of Product Innovation at iXerv explains: "SAP SuccessFactors is without doubt the gold standard when it comes to payroll & HR . However, the longtail of smaller employee populations becomes a difficult problem to manage and an expensive per head cost. Most enterprise solutions also only focus on a select core set of countries and leave the balance to be managed through complex vendor relationships. Often this creates a messy patchwork of disparate local solutions or services that don't reconcile easily for central reporting, and which introduces security issues that in today's more regulatory world are an unacceptable risk."

The solution has the power to run any size payroll, but its purpose is to fill those smaller gaps."
