RelaDyne Acquires Circle Lubricants of Bay Shore, New York
CINCINNATI, Sept. 24, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- RelaDyne, one of the nation's leading providers of lubricants, fuel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), and industrial reliability services, has partnered with Circle Lubricants, one of the northeast region's larger providers of lubricants, DEF and automotive products.
Founded in 1998 in Bay Shore, New York, Circle Lubricants has since offered their products and services to the New York metropolitan tri-state area. This acquisition will expand RelaDyne's geographic density into the Northeast enabling RelaDyne to offer more lubricant and automotive products throughout New York, New Jersey and its surrounding geographies.
