KOAMTAC Releases 20pin OtterBox uniVERSE Adaptor (OUA) for KDC470 Barcode, RFID, and mPOS SmartSleds and Smartphone Charging Cases

The 20pin OUA connects directly to a phone or tablet using a magnetic connector for power and data transfer. The adaptor was created for use with the OtterBox® uniVERSE Case System® series of cases for Samsung Galaxy® devices.
The 20pin feature allows for faster data transfer. This enables DeX® compatibility for users with Samsung DeX- compatible devices such as the Galaxy S8/S8+, Note8, S9/S9+, Note9, S10e, S10, S10+, Note10 and Note10+, Tab S4, Tab S5e, and Tab S6. KOAMTAC is already supporting DeX using this adaptor and is ready to support Android Desktop. Both DeX and Android Desktop allow the device to cast a PC-like experience to a big screen with the same apps a user already uses on their phone.

For users without a need or desire to collect data, the 20pin OUA add the ability to charge their device via a KOAMTAC Charging Cradle or any wireless charger. The 20pin OUA also allows for the addition of KOAMTAC's 2000mAh Extended Battery for a power boost.
