Hal Keever Joins Atwell’s Portland Office

Atwell, LLC is pleased to welcome Hal Keever as Vice President, Land Development. Keever will support Atwell’s land development operations with an initial focus on growing Atwell’s Portland office to expand their presence in the Pacific Northwest. With locations across the United States and over 700 employees, Atwell ranks among the top design firms in the country. The addition of Keever further builds on Atwell’s capabilities, allowing the company to expand operations in the northwestern region, enhance the firm’s land development experience and continue to support clients across the country.

Keever brings over 25 years of experience from the real estate and land development industry, where he has played a key role in expanding the profitability of the businesses with which he has worked. Keever has served as President of WHPacific, a national land development consulting firm and Vice President at David Evans and Associates, where he was responsible to grow the national land development practice.. He has extensive financial, sales, and strategic planning knowledge and specializes in developing growth initiatives for businesses in emerging markets. Prior to joining Atwell, he was Vice President of Business Development at David Evans and Associates where he worked with various departments to clarify their focus and transform them to high performing and profitable groups. Keever holds a Bachelor of Science degree from School of Liberal Arts at Oregon State University, and a Master’s degree from the School of Design from North Carolina State University.
