Adam Sheets rejoins HNTB as strategic advisor for firm's infrastructure clients

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 23, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Adam Sheets has rejoined HNTB Corporation as national practice consultant and vice president. He is based in the firm's Columbus, Ohio, office. He previously served in a similar role with HNTB from 2015 to 2018.

Sheets brings extensive legal, policy and project management experience with a focus on toll program development, emerging technologies, alternative delivery, and public-private partnerships.

Sheets adds his expertise to the list of advisory services HNTB currently offers infrastructure clients across the country, which includes financial, policy, legal, procurement, governance and revenue generation.

Sheets brings more than a decade of legal and policy experience, including seven years working with the Ohio Department of Transportation. At ODOT, he served as a senior project manager with the Division of Innovative Delivery for the department's public-private partnership program, where he provided legal and policy advice. Most recently, he was a senior associate for another P3 legal consulting firm.

Sheets earned a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University.
