Varex Sets Annual Meeting and Record Dates

Varex Imaging Corporation (Nasdaq: VREX) today announced it has established record and meeting dates for its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Varex stockholders of record at the close of business on December 18, 2019 will be entitled to notice of the Annual Meeting and to vote upon matters considered at the meeting. Varex Imaging Corporation’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time at the company’s headquarters at 1678 S. Pioneer Road, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104.
