Rosewood Private Investments Announces SES’ New Acquisition

Rosewood Private Investments (“RPI” or “Rosewood”) is pleased to announce Superior Environmental Solutions’ (“SES”) recent acquisition of Resource-One.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Resource-One is a provider of recycling, waste management and product destruction services to customers in the automotive, pharmaceutical, packaging & labeling and pulp & paper industries. The company operates out of three locations in Ohio with employees embedded at customer facilities across the country.

SES is a leading supplier of industrial cleaning, environmental emergency response, and waste transportation and disposal services across a range of end markets including heavy industrial, food & beverage, manufacturing, power & utility and chemicals. The company is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, and currently employs over 400 individuals across 9 branch facilities in the midwestern United States.
