LandSouth to Break Ground on Windsor Pointe Independent Living
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla.-based, award-winning general contractor will begin construction this month on Windsor Pointe Independent Living, an amenities-rich independent living community in Jacksonville.
Windsor Pointe will continue LandSouth's focus on building best-in-class senior living facilities and be located at 4060 San Pablo Parkway.
The developer, Windsor Senior Living, owns and operates Windsor of San Pablo, an assisted living residence, and nearby Windsor of Ortega. Windsor is a division of Legend Senior Living, which owns and operates campuses in Pennsylvania, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Construction on the 5.14-acre site is scheduled to be completed Summer 2021.

The Coastal-Mediterranean, two-building community will have separate resident garages and amenities, including: swimming pool, spa, putting green, fitness center, cocktail lounge, formal dining, casual dining, and dog park. Future residents can choose from 20 one- or two-bedroom floor plans.
