Hunt Military Communities Earn Award-Winning Insite® Survey Scores
Hunt Military Communities (“HMC”), the military housing division of Hunt Companies Inc., today celebrated 110 communities within HMC properties nationwide for earning an Insite® Award for outstanding property management and customer service. In addition to these honored properties, which were determined by soliciting real-time resident feedback on customer service satisfaction levels, HMC was also recognized as a National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Company Award for the scale and impact of its corporate commitment to quality service.
The SatisFacts National Index is recognized as a leading indicator of resident satisfaction levels at properties nationwide, and winners are determined annually in two categories, ‘National Company Awards’ and ‘National Property Awards’. Hunt was recognized this year with both awards, which were earned through SatisFacts program surveys submitted by residents at Hunt Military Communities throughout 2019.
“We launched this initiative on behalf of the 235,000 residents living on military installations nationwide who call HMC home, in order to ensure that we are continually connecting with them and seeking ways to improve their quality of living,” said Karen Plesh, Vice President, Operations. “Getting real-time feedback is critical for assessing our performance and our effectiveness at enhancing the resident experience, and we are proud to see the efforts of our property management teams reflected in these stellar results.”
The National Resident Satisfaction Awards recognize top property management companies and communities who are dedicated to the resident experience. Winners are awarded for their company’s leadership and focus on customer services efforts as measured through the SatisFacts’ Insite® and/or Annual survey program score.
