Nordic Nanovector Announces New Date for Annual General Meeting
OSLO, Norway, April 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Nordic Nanovector ASA (OSE: NANO) today announces a new date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) as a result of the impact of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The AGM will now be held on 10 June at 10.00 CET 2020 (previous 30 April 2020).
All other details of the AGM, including the resolutions to be proposed at the meeting, remain unchanged from those notified to shareholders on 19 March 2020.
