Media Advisory - Mental Health Commission of Canada to announce COVID-19 crisis training for essential workers

OTTAWA, April 27, 2020 /CNW/ - The novel coronavirus has focussed much attention on the need to safeguard the physical health of Canadians, but COVID-19 related stress and anxiety is also taking its toll, and nowhere is this more acute that for essential and frontline workers.

The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) will be announcing a free online program designed to assist essential workers become more resilient in the face of anxiety and stress stemming from their exceptional work circumstances.
