Megatel Homes Launches COVID-19 Front Line Heroes Program for First Responders

DALLAS, April 29, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Megatel Homes LLC, one of the largest homebuilders in the state of Texas, today announced the launch of the Megatel COVID-19 Front Line Heroes Program. The program is designed to support the dream of home ownership for medical, law enforcement and firefighting professionals on the front line of the coronavirus pandemic by crediting six months of principal and interest payments towards the purchase of a new Megatel-built home.

Launched on April 17, 2020, the Megatel COVID-19 Front Line Heroes Program provides six months of mortgage relief to new homebuyers who work on the front line of the pandemic response. Specifically, this includes medical professionals, police officers and fire fighters. It applies to those who purchase a new Megatel home before May 31, 2020 and includes both principal and interest payments.

Megatel Homes has a history of supporting the first responder community. Most recently, the company made a significant donation during the grand opening event of its Mercer Crossing community to benefit Guns N Hoses, a North Texas charitable organization that provides services to local firefighters and police officers.
