Trump says US 'will pull out' of Open Skies arms control treaty
President Donald Trump said Thursday that the United States is withdrawing from the Open Skies arms control treaty with Russia, accusing Moscow of breaking the terms.
"Russia did not adhere to the treaty," he told reporters."So until they adhere we will pull out."
