“We continue to add strategic specialized skills to our team in Houston and New York as the firm reaffirms our pursuit of organically originated deal flow in the lower-middle market energy infrastructure sector. This approach requires focused legal resources in order to produce our signature customized, covenant tight, project finance-like legal documentation in every transaction. Along these same lines we are bolstering our unique risk & analytics approach to individual deals and overall portfolio level exposures and expect to add more resources in these areas in the coming months,” says Gerrit Nicholas, Managing Partner.
