InventHelp Inventors Develop RV Tool for Slide Cleaning (KSC-1466)

PITTSBURGH, June 25, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- While RV manufacturers prioritize convenience and safety in their designs, owners of units with slides on top find it difficult to reach above them and clean them off before sliding them back for transport. Fortunately, two inventors from Leavenworth, Kansas, have found a way to solve that problem.

They developed a prototype for RV SLIDE BROOM to enable RV owners to clean the top of the slides on the unit from ground level. As such, it eliminates the need to climb up to the roof on a ladder, which improves safety in RV maintenance for vacationers, retirees and permanent RV residents. Thus, this lightweight, durable and easy to grip hand tool not only prevents damage to the roof material/seal but is easy to grip, use and store. Users will also appreciate how convenient, effective and affordably priced it is.

The inventors' personal experience inspired the idea. "We enjoy spending leisure time traveling in an RV," one of them said, "and wanted an easy and safe way to clean the slides before pulling them in and closing the unit."

The original design was submitted to the Kansas City sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
